PART 01 · AUDIT

AI Audit

  • Fixed fee for a small organisation (~10–20 people), agreed before work begins
  • Scales up for larger or more complex organisations — ~€50,000+ at ~200-person scale
  • Two-week structure: Week 1 discovery, Week 2 roadmap & presentation
  • Eligible for up to 80% funding via the Digital Discovery Grant (10+ staff)
PART 02 · BUILD

Build

Scoped per engagement

  • Off-the-shelf or lightly-tweaked quick wins cost less, ship in 30–90 days
  • Custom builds ("Big Swings") cost more, take longer, may involve a delivery partner
  • Always a separate, scoped engagement — never bundled into the audit fee
  • Tooling costs can be partly offset via the LEO Grow Digital Voucher
PART 03 · SUPPORT

Support

Monthly retainer

  • Optional, once systems are live
  • Keeps what's built running, with fixes and small iterations as the process shifts
  • No lock-in — cancel once you're self-sufficient
02Training (optional)

Usually a recommendation, not a cold pitch.

Training is the line item most audits surface — a team that needs bringing up to speed on whatever's just been built. It's introduced off the back of the audit findings, not sold as a standalone product.

03Grants

Two schemes can offset these fees.

The Digital Discovery Grant (Enterprise Ireland) can cover 80% of the audit fee, up to a €5,000 grant, for companies with 10+ full-time staff. The Grow Digital Voucher (LEO) can offset up to 50% of build-stage tooling costs, once a free LEO consultation is complete. Full mechanics, eligibility and caveats are on the grants page.
